Two Upheavals Already

I have not even formally launched my company yet, but my startup team has already gone through two upheavals. And I think that is a good thing. With each upheaval the vision has become much more polished. And I make no bones about the fact that my life is not a democracy, my company is not a democracy. I have a vision, and the company is going to carry it out.

I am in the process of inventing a corporation. The funding process is going to be different. The team structure is going to be different. Every member of my team, when the company goes IPO, is going to have meaningful equity, and is going to be on below market rate salary.

I am the top dog. That is kind of a starting point. You sign up for that.
