FreedomPop offers free mobile broadband
The folks at FreedomPop are also doing some interesting things to get you more free data, as users can watch ads or refer friends to get more free data per month. We haven't tried it out yet but reports suggest FreedomPop will offer download speeds of 4 to 6Mbps down and 1 to 2Mbps up.....companies like FreedomPop, Ting and Republic Wireless are all reselling Sprint's services with some relatively radical business models.
That and a $99 tablet from Google and you have a free phone that is seven inches. No?

Or 2GB for $18 a month also sounds reasonable.

This is Republic Wireless' sibling.

This is just awesome. Power to the masses.

Google and Asus rumored to be working on $99 Nexus Tablet
Could you be able to score a $99 Google Nexus tablet for Christmas this year? ..... both new tabs would hit the market by the end of the year in an effort to defend against the anticipated iPad Mini.
